This blog is an instructional blog to help document my journey to build primary source based lesson plans to teach my 5th graders about the American Revolution. They already get so much folklore before they get to me that I would love to show them another side using primary source documents. This blog will also be a part of my Elementary Summer Institute for the Making Freedom Program. I teach 5th grade in Burlington, MA.
